Our services are designed to reduce suffering, alleviate symptoms, and enhance relaxation, self-awareness, and positivity. Please keep in mind that these services aren’t intended to diagnose or solely treat any medical or severe psychological condition. Headline Hypnotherapy can work with your medical team to achieve holistic balance in your treatment.
A good-faith approach
Arkin Mackay offers her services with a genuine commitment to helping her clients. However, any advice or guidance provided in consultations should be seen as complementary to, not a substitute for, the guidance of medical or mental health professionals. If you’re experiencing any health concerns, it’s important to reach out to the appropriate professionals for support.
No promises or guarantees
While Arkin Mackay aims to help with the challenges you bring to your appointments, it’s important to understand that she cannot guarantee specific outcomes or solutions for the personal concerns you might share.
Your responsibility in the process
The insights and tools offered during Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy consultations are designed to support you, but how you choose to use and interpret them is ultimately up to you. Headline Hypnotherapy is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from your personal use, or interpretation, of the information provided.
Pre-existing mental health
It is outside the scope of practice of Headline Hypnotherapy to work with clients diagnosed with or experiencing any of the following: suicidal thoughts, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychotic episodes, uncontrolled epilepsy, severe clinical depression, or those taking antipsychotic medications. Please consult your GP, psychiatrist, or call Lifeline on 13 11 14 if you feel you need support. Clients on antidepressants or anxiety medications are welcome. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us.
Payment
Payment is by credit card at time of booking online, or cash/credit card in person by prior arrangement.
Cancellations & missed appointments
Consultations are by appointment only. Late cancellations make it difficult to fill appointment spots, and therefore are subject to a 50% late fee for cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior to appointment, and 100% late fee for non attendance with less than 24 hours notice.
Packages
Packages must be used within 3 months (Change Package) or 4 months (Evolve Package) of purchase or remaining appointments are forfeited. Appointments are best done 1-2 weeks apart for maximum impact. Packages are valid for online or in-person consultations, to reduce scheduling issues.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for packages.
